CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overview all aspects of finance and accounting controls of the Company
• Lead and supervise the finance team
• Manage financial sustainability, drive financial performance and maximize return on investment
• Assist in reviewing and improving the existing policies and structure
• Monitor and handle tax related matters
• Prepare financial review & analysis, budget & forecast and cash flow projection
• Ensure all statutory reporting, corporate governance and compliance requirements are met through a meticulous focus on financial controls and reporting policies
• Act as strategy advisor for the business, manage and develop strategic investment planning at the board level to drive continuous growth of the business
• Act as financial advisor to the board and play an important role in advising the stock optimization strategies and investment directions
• Take the lead in investment-related activities, including management of bank and investor relations

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications of ACCA / CFA / HKICPA
• Minimum 20 years of experience in listed or sizable companies
• Familiar in treasury and family trust management
• Sound knowledge in investment of equity, equity derivatives or bond fund
• Experienced with corporate governance, investor relations and general business requirements of a HK listed company or a family office
• Extensive knowledge in excise and tax across various jurisdictions
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• 擔任業務策略顧問，管理和推動策略投資計劃以達至業務可持續增長
• 擔任董事局的財務顧問，並就股票及投資方面提出建議
• 領導投資相關活動，管理與銀行及投資者的關係

入職條件：

• 會計、金融學士學位或相關學歷
• 持特許公認會計師公會,特許金融分析師及香港會計師公會的專業資格
• 具備最少20年或以上於上市或大型企業任職的相關工作經驗
• 熟悉庫務及家族信託管理
• 具投資股票,相關衍生產品及債券基金的知識
• 熟悉香港上司公司及家族辦公室的企業管治，投資者關係及業務要求
• 熟悉不同管轄範圍的稅務要求
• 操英語、粵語及普通話
