Our client is a medical group providing health screening, body check services etc. and has good connections with many large insurance corporations in Hong Kong. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for the overall management and operation of the Hong Kong region and accomplishing business goals and objectives;
• Lead the regional sales team and the professional medical team to achieve the company's required performance targets, and timely adjust sales plans and targets according to regional market dynamics;
• Responsible for formulating and implementing the Hong Kong regional plan and budget in accordance with the requirements of the Group, and regularly making business analysis reports;
• Manage various tasks in the Hong Kong region, lead employees to complete various operational and management indicators, comprehensively improve regional service quality and management level, and improve customer satisfaction;
• Improve and optimize the service flow and operation management rules and regulations in the Hong Kong region;
• Develop regional staffing plans, assist manpower to complete talent team building and performance appraisal programs;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the headquarter management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Clinical and medical are preferred;
• With more than 10 years of senior management experience, more than 5 year experience in physical examination (Body check) services, medical service industry or related overall operation management;
• Familiar with the high-end medical service market, able to independently develop medical operation plans and related process systems;
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and social activities, good professionalism, professional ethics and teamwork.
• Have a deep understanding of marketing work and be good at corporate brand building.
