Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Manager to oversee the followings:

• Plan, direct & facilitate the daily operations of the Social Enterprise Division (SED);
• Assist in overseeing the financial items of income, expenditures, return on investment and maintain SED as a profit generator;
• Achieve annual sales budget and objectives;
• Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations and procedures;
• Build SED image by collaborating with staff, customers, business partners, government, community organizations and enforcing ethical business practices;
• Develop the source of donation, business partners and supporters;
• Apply funding to support the finance of SED if appropriate;
• Maintain team morale and cohesiveness;
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required by the supervisor.  

Requirements:

•  Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing preferred;
•  5 years’ working experience in middle management level;
•  Mature, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently;
•  Analytical and detail thinking;
•  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment and build excellent rapport with internal teams; strong teamwork is a must;
•  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

要求 :

• 具有學士學位，以商業管理或市場學為佳;
• 5年中層管理的工作經驗;
• 成熟、獨立、注重結果及能夠獨立工作;
• 善於分析及注重細節;
• 能夠同時管理不同工作及建立團體合作;
• 良好英文及中文

Christian Action was established in 1985 as a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation.  Our mission is to serve those who are poor, disadvantaged, marginalised, displaced or abandoned, aiming to give them hope, dignity and self-reliance.  Our service recipients include underprivileged children and youth, the unemployed, new arrivals, ethnic minorities, refugees, migrant domestic workers, as well as orphans and abandoned children in Qinghai; we also run social enterprise programmes.  Our services are based on the example of Jesus Christ to serve all people regardless of their age, gender, nationality and religion.
