Our client is an innovative silk supplier and textile manufacturer in Sichuan

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission;
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth;
• Develop the company's long-term and short-term strategic initiatives;
• Oversee and evaluate the business performance and provide strategic advice to the Senior Management;
• Provide leadership, guidance and management to the employees, ensuring high performance and achievement to company targets;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 15 years of in senior managerial position (experience in agricultural related projects and company an advantage);
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and adaptable to rapid changing environment;
• Strong analytical and strategic mind-set, problem solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Hong Kong based but frequent travels to China (around once a month to Sichuan for 1-2 weeks)
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin is a must;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
