Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Programs & Operations team in the development of BXAI’s programs and activities
• In collaboration with BXAI’s Academic Committee, design and implement education programs (including the AFLSP and the annual BXAI Summer Program)
• Develop, implement and enforce AFLSP policies and procedures
• Regularly evaluate BXAI’s programs to ensure effective operation and adherence to the Institute’s mission and vision
• Manage and grow BXAI’s university partnerships
• Build and maintain BXAI’s relationships with all stakeholders

Required Attributes and Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in higher education, program development, or related field
• Ability to lead and manage a team and work cross-functionally to deliver results
• Ability to strategically manage multiple projects by leveraging resources and expertise across networks
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organization, and time management skills
• High level of integrity, responsibility, confidence, and creativity
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and exercise sound judgement
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua)
• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Enthusiasm for BXAI’s vision, mission, and values
• Bachelor’s degree or above

Our Asian Future Leaders Scholarship Program (AFLSP) provides scholarships for students from Asia to study abroad at any of our partner universities, while our three-week BXAI Summer Program brings together current AFLSP students for an enriching experience over the summer that includes lectures, discussions, study trips, and group research.

By creating intercultural opportunities for young scholars in Asia to learn from and engage with one another, BXAI’s ultimate goal is to bring up innovators, thought leaders, and influencers who embrace diversity and are committed to promoting peace, regional collaboration, and harmony in Asia and beyond.
