Responsibilities:

• Lead & motivate the team to assure the products delivered to meet legal and customers' requirement to meet customer satisfaction.
• Drive the quality improvement programs and activities and seek for continuous improvement.
• Deal with process quality issues; and deal with customers' quality issues & enquiries.
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Quality management, with experience in electronic manufacturing a definite advantage.
  
• Six Sigma Green Belt or with sound knowledge in tools like MSA, SPC and FMEA will be appreciated but not compulsory.
•  Familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485 and TS 16949 standard.
•  Strong leadership and process management and willing to hands-on.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Minitab or other statistical software is preferred.
   
  

Applicant with less experience would be considered as Assistant Quality Engineer.
