Responsibilities

• Daily communicate with partnering departments, factories and customers on all merchandising issues
• Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure on-time delivery
• Responsible & Independent for order follow up, monitor production & shipment.
• To prepare various monthly reports 
• Support warehouse operations and logistics arrangement
• Maintain good relationship with business partners, clients, suppliers etc.
• Assist in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years merchandising experience
• Preferably with mobile trading background
• A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problems solving, bargaining and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills.
• Can work under pressure and tight schedule
• Good command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Willing to travel
• Familiar with Europe and US markets
• Good PC skill in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
