Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality control inspection procedures, guideline, workflow, and corrective actions are in accordance with the QC policies of Distribution Centre
• Review, improve, and update the QC system in order to enhance the operation efficiency and effectiveness with innovative proposal
• Plan and implement the Distribution Centre storage Inspection & Cold chain Monitoring system (from source to stores)
• Provide input in evaluating vendors’ performance to meet CSL internal quality fulfillment by providing vendor / product performance reports
• Provide professional coaching and training to related team members to comply with CSL QC system
• Provide technical support especially conduct product’s labeling screening check, and product photo taking e.g. when there is any changes on product packaging detected, outbound shipment inspection, product photo taking related project
• Assist in customer complaints investigation and provide suggestions on remedial and preventive actions especially on product quality, labeling nonconformance issues

Requirements

• High Diploma in Food Science and / or Nutritional Sciences
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experiences in related industry
• Familiar with HK FEHD labeling regulations
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance System in food / retail industry, especially chilled food and fresh produce, will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
• Responsible, proactive, mature, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Mature character with wide range of general knowledge
• Competent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Photography skill to capture subjects in commercial-quality photographs
