Our Client is a well-known retail group. They are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join their company.

Responsibilities 

• Strategy formulation and implementation for brand license program development
• Manage all aspects of License Program to ensure brand owner expectations are met
• Source and negotiate with potential new licensees
• Build and maintain a strong licensees’ network for consumer products and promotions
• Develop strategic recommendations and implement licensing plans in the region to achieve KPI, including revenue and profit targets
• Maintain on-going analysis of licensees financial forecasting, sales trend, and business trends
• Manage all communications with new and existing licensees such as loyalty report and marketing plans
• To ensure the business and marketing strategies are aligned with the brand and company objectives
• Prepare all license document including agreement, authorization letter and related documents 

Requirements 

• Degree holder with 10 years solid experience in the business development or brand marketing, in which minimum 5 years are in brand licensing
• Strong network of license 
• Entrepreneurial, creative, organized with a high level of initiative
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong account management and relationship building skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
