Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating the business plan and strategy; compiling and monitoring the annual promotion & advertising budget plan.
• Plan, develop and implement a full spectrum of promotional and marketing functions including event management, digital marketing and social media, public & media relations, advertising, customer loyalty program as well as production of in-house publication.
• Explore collaboration opportunities and coordinate joint promotions with business partners.

Requirements:

• University graduates in marketing or related disciplines with at least 8 years’ relevant management  experience, preferably in shopping mall or event management agencies.
• Innovative, flexible and be able to deliver under time and resource pressure.
• A good team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to meet challenges in a fast paced working environment and working on festival holidays are required.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua).
