Our client is an integrated marketing agency based in HK and specialising in the sports market, they are now looking for a Sponsorship & Partnership Manager to join their team to cope with their expanding business.

Responsibilities

• Explore and idnetify rights sponsors for different mega events
• Develop partnerships with various sponsors as well as manage sales agents in each local market to drive sales opportunities
• Provide professional advices and assistance to all stakeholders in facilitating the participation of the project
• Undertake effective project management, including budgetary control, timely reporting, compliance with corporate governance policies, assessment of outcomes and impact of the related activities
• Maintain and bulid up relationships with corporates before, during, and after receipt of funds and maintain a high level of supporter care with corporate
• Negotiation and administration of the partnership and referral agreement

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business development or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years or above of relevant marketing / sponsorship experiences in sizeable company, with agency experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, creative and result-oriented
• Self-motivated and capable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and highly proficient in both English and Chinese, good mastery of Putonghua is essential
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Candidates with less experenices will be also considered for Assistant Manager role
