Our client is a luxury residential developer. They are currently looking for an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager or Senior Sales and Marketing Officer.

Job Summary

• Develop and plan for the Marketing strategies and market pricing
• Analyze, manage, execute and evaluate all marketing and PR activities and budgeting
• Liaise and manage agencies effectively for the successful launch of all sales & marketing activities and PR events
• Conduct property market research and benchmarking analysis
• Work closely with business partners in the coordination of the show flat and sales gallery design, set up and maintenance
• Manage production of sales & marketing collateral including sales brochure, advertisements and promotional materials
• Assist and provide support in the sales operation

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Real Estate or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years solid relevant working experience in sizable property developer or consultancy firm for residential projects.
• Good project management and execution for Sales and Marketing programs and initiatives.
• Familiar with The Residential (First-hand sales) Ordinance.
• Experience in the production of sales brochure
