Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and relevant external parties to create corporate messaging and content publication roadmap
• Drafting, translating, updating and archiving of corporate collaterals, such as finanial reports, sustainability report, press release, corporate presentation, fact sheet etc.
• Online content creation and management
• Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to support the company’s public relations and corporate social responsilbility programs
• Keep track of latest PR and CSR/ESG trends and initiatives of our competition
• Assist in organizing corporate events and customer visits
• Monitor media coverages and market intelligence

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Language, Translation, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, PR or content creation/management  
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Competent in MS Office; Knowledge of Social Media Management Tools and Adobe Creative software would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Attention to details
• Passionate to learn about the industry and the company’s products
