Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement business strategies to build the categories for the Company;
• Formulate & implement category plan, promotion campaigns and product strategy;
• Monitor the categories performance in order to meet the Company’s sales & margin budget of the categories;
• Work with suppliers on new product/service developments;
• Vendor management;
• Conduct market research, carry out feasibility studies, analysis for potential opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related retail sectors with 2 years' managerial role;
• Be a team player with strong market, retailing, business sense and customer driven;
• Excellent communication, supervisory, project management and negotiation skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
