Duties & Responsibilities: -

• Handle plant tours and guest visits
• Supervise and manage the production of corporate collaterals, including in-house bilingual magazines, corporate videos, and others
• Assist in organizing regular and ad hoc corporate events and activities of different scales, and manage the related communications
• Work with other Business Units and/or Zones to develop and execute communication campaigns
• Manage corporate advertisement sponsorship and placement
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements: -

• Degree in journalism, communications, translation, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese
• Proficient in PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Pleasant, reliable with good interpersonal skills and good team player
• Independent, self-driven and well-organized
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn and contribute to the success of the company
