Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and implement of promotional and marketing activities of shopping mall and residential properties
• Formulate marketing and sales strategies for our Group’s property portfolios in Hong Kong
• Develop the budget plan and control the relevant cost incurred
• Copy-write and editmarketing and promotion collaterals e.g. press release, sales brochure, advertising materials and social media marketing collaterals, etc.
• Media Pitching and maintain Media Relations; both online and offline platformsAssist in maintaining existing relationship with media and establishing new media relations
• Prepare regular reports and conduct market research, data analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties e.g. PR agencies, advertising agencies, media, production house, project/design team and management office, etc.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management or related disciplines
• 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2-3 years’ experience gained from residential properties, sizable shopping mall promotions or PR/Event Management agencies
• Excellent relationship with media, agencies, production houses and the community
• Presentable, self-motivated, resourceful and target-oriented
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Creative with good writing skills
• Good PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc)
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
