Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support of the assigned products to local sales team, dealers and customers in the region;
• Educate sales team with product information & sales pitch to facilitate sales teams or dealer in educating our customers;
• Manage product life cycle for product launch, change and obsolete;
• Coordinate product information, such as product specification, scientific papers, testing reports, clinical cases brochures etc. with principles and share with sales & marketing teams in the regions;
• Assist managing project (s) for assigned products – with goal of increasing sales revenue;
• Assist in coordinating events and trade shows;
• Perform assigned sales & marketing related duties to support the efficient operation of the department and company;
• Collect customer insight, competitor & market intelligence for marketing plan preparation.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences or other related discipline;
• Min. 4 years of work experience in marketing, training or relevant field; experience in medical/ dental industry is a plus;
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Strong written communication skills in English and Chinese;
• Strong market sense and analytical skills, excellent organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills;
• Attention to detail, highly proactive and self-motivated individual with commitment to excellence;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
