Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing assistance at event (Indoor/Outdoor)
• Provide operational support in various positions, e.g. registration counter, usher, scanner & special event, etc.
• Be familiar with client’s products and information
• Build and maintain a good and long-term relationship with clients / customers
• Perform other ad-hoc duties
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior helper/ Team leader

Requirements

• Fresh graduate, DSE students, semester break, career break, passion in events are also welcomed
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin with good interpersonal and communication skills
• With customer service/ exhibition/ event working experience is highly preferred
• Relevant retail / customer service experience will be an advantage
• Responsible, punctual, flexible, decent and polite
• Positive attitudes and passionate in developing a career in retail/ customer service/ event management industry
• Good rate of pay
• Immediate available is highly preferred (June to summer holiday)
