Responsibilities:

• Achieve the sales target of assigned channels by formulating sales planning and strategies
• Build and maintain a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts on daily operations
• Create and implement business plans taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, education, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability & trade term
• Ensure successful implementation of trade marketing activities based on marketing plans
• Work closely with external and internal parties to develops POSM for executing sales and marketing activities, as well as deliver and drive business target
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and review the effectiveness of all promotional activities and brand performance
• Monitor A&P budget, shipment forecast and inventory management
• Assist in meeting coordination, recap and follow up
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to business needs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business / Marketing or related discipline
• 2-3 years of sales and marketing / key account management experience in FMCG industry
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong can-do and sales-driven attitude
• Result-driven, proven team leading, with strong business and marketing sense
• Strong trend analysis and demonstrated experience in market, self-management and motivation skills
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Excel (Pivot table & Vlookup)
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be offered senior position
