• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Land Administration or related disciplines
• Member of HKIS or RICS
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, in which 3 years in supervisory level
• To handle property valuation, land and planning matters, feasibility study and sale and leasing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
