The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager to plan the integrated marketing and communications strategy for leasing department of the group. He/ She will assist in developing and managing various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and enhance target audience engagement, including but not limited to content creation, execute social media advertising plan, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and creating performance reports for various campaigns. He/ She will also be involved in research and developing new projects, event management, public relations, coordinate and handle the design & production of communications materials, as well as work closely with KOLs, Digital media, tenants, event agencies and partners in organizing marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing, Business and Communications
• Minimum 3 years of social media marketing experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in resulting effective and productive campaign management
• Dynamic personality, embrace innovation and creativity
• Passion in content development, creative writing to treat the social media platforms as your own magazine
• Have a good sense in local and world trends and lifestyles in the region and globally
• A great team-player, open-minded, passionate in discovering new knowledge and enjoy challenges and Good people skill to build connections with KOLs, media and working partners
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English are essential
