Job Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve the sales and profit target of direct and e-commerce channel
• Use analytics to ensure performance of all activity is analyzed, ROI is calculated and outputs are used to inform future budget and activity decisions
• Work closely with Principal to ensure development and implementation of e-commerce strategy and best-in-class executions
• Manage the merchandise and stock planning of the e-commerce platform
• Key owner of eshop product shelf inventory & fulfilment by coordinating with internal/ external working parties including warehouse, fulfilment, logistic and technical vendors
• Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure full compliance in operation and reporting standards
• Improve user experience and interface by proposing new functions or system upgrades
• Analyze the pain points in user flow with data support and suggest enhancements to meet the target of eCom operation KPI
• Create business cases for development
• Coach and manage e-Commerce team members
• Contribute to the development of the Business Unit's Omni-channel strategy

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent 
• At least 7 years of experience in Sales field with minimum 3 years of experience of managing direct marketing and e-Commerce, preferably in a Omni channel retailer  
•  Excellent understanding of online shopping
•  Knowledge of digital marketing channels
•  Familiar with operations of Magento highly preferred
•  Experience in content management system (CMS) and social media marketing preferred; 
•  Excellent analytical skills 
•  Good communication and problem-solving skills
•  Able to work independently and flexibly under pressure
