Responsibilities: 

• Support the team in performing various data analytics in order to enable to management team to maximize the effectiveness and gain the insights.
• Formulate and deploy analytics framework and measurement plans across different devices, user segments, user journey,campaigns, monetization and content performance including all user touch points.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic plans to key stakeholders through strong presentation construction and visual storytelling.
• Work closely with business stakeholders on requirement gathering and conduct analytics procedures, workflows and other best practices.  (cross-functional team across APAC countries such as HK, SG, PH, TH)
• Define data collection scope and Conduct data enrichment and utilization plans to create the data value in business and product perspective.
• Conduct and transform comprehensive analytics workbooks to enable and improve the operational process, the effectiveness and explore the insights in overall areas and teams.
• Conduct BI training and driving data-driven culture to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and timely decision making.

Requirements:

• Degree in Data Science, Information System, Statistics or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in Deep DataAnalysis, Digital Performance with proven track record in Digital Media Industry
• Strong Analytical, Business Senseand Data-Driven mind.
• Strong in any Analytics & Visualization Tools (e.g: Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Google Data Studio, GA, Firebase, etc) is a must
• Strong in SQL is a must; experience in Python / R is a plus.
• Experience in cloud computing and services, e.g. AWS (S3, EC2, Kinesis, Redshift, Athena, Glue), GCP (e.g. Big Query).
• Experience in handling AI & ML models such as User Clustering, Content Recommendations, Object Recognition, etc.
• Experience in NoSQL DB, Advanced Analytics (data mining, predictive data analytics, etc.) a definite advantage.
• Self-motivated, work proactive, project leading experience and willing to learn new technology.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
