Responsibilities: 

• Setup and optimize Programmatic Campaigns to meet client's / agency's KPIs and expectation
• Conduct the Ad Tech integration from end to end and trouble shooting
• Work closely with SSPs and all partners’ platforms to monitor and maximize yield performance
• Work closely with regional teams and maximize the programmatic opportunities for 4 major markets HK, SG, TH, PH
• Act as the main administrator of the company’s ad server. Maintain and enhance the overall ad serving architecture
• Maintain documentations and knowledge base on ad ops and ad tech related information
• Keep track and research on programmatic ad trends and conduct the implementation feasibility, to maximize the monetization

Requirements:

• Degree in Information System or Marketing related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in Digital Performance with proven track record in campaign optimization
• Strong Analytical, Client Facing and communication skills
• Strong in data analytics and providing the effective recommendations
• Strong understanding of Programmatic landscape and audience data value
• Familiar with Ad Verification and header bidding is a plus
• Self-motivated, work proactive, project leading experience and willing to learn new technology.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
