• Manage, direct and motivate the sales team to achieve the sales goal
• Continual to assess and strengthen sales effectiveness and productivity
• Support sales in handling local or overseas enquiries, daily operation and support line
• Build up and maintain good network with hospitals and clinics
• Explore more business partners and opportunities
• Work with marketing team to enhance sales growth and in all sales related events and activities
• Work with operations/CS team in all pre and post sales related issues
• Ensure that sales team and all sales operations and documentation adhere to ISO/AABB quality standards and requirements
• Represent the company at official events and to be speaker of seminars
• Market intelligence on competitors’ activities
• Timely submission of monthly reports
• Any other duties that are assigned by top management team from time to time 

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Science/ Biomedical/Biotechnology/Nursing
• More than 5 years of working experience with 3 years managerial level in either Sales, Marketing or Key Accounts role
• Familiar with healthcare industry or/and O&G clinics is a plus
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills; able to drive good team spirit and be innovative with strong commitment to drive good business result and meet target revenue goal
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Putonghua
• With less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
