Key Responsibility
- Lead a team for execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties, e.g., PO issuing, Keep suppliers' on-time delivery, Price negotiation, Sourcing, vendor audit etc;
- Co-ordinate with Planning and Engineering departments and Suppliers in the purchasing scope of work;
- Source for new parts, replacement goods, suppliers when the need arises;
- Monitor the service, quality, price, on-time delivery and reliability of the suppliers;
- Handle and responsible for monthly report and presentation to management; 
- Be responsive to special care and short lead time requirements to ensure the timely completion and availability of materials and services;
- Acts as liaison between receiving, accounting, buyers, vendors and distribution personnel.


Who may be considered
- Bachelor Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent disciplines with preferable 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Purchasing field;
 
Desired Skill & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in PC knowledge, Microsoft Office and SAP;
- Well communication skill with good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
- Candidate with lesser experience would be considered as Supervisor.

NanCheng, Dongguan, PRC (東莞南城)
