Responsibilities:

• Monitor OTB, control sales and stock levels in order to maintain budgeted sales plan
• Work on logistics, inventory and payment arrangement to ensure appropriate levels of stock of designated product categories are maintained in timely manner
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable trade terms and optimize the profit margin
• Consolidate all related figures/data in reporting format for a regular update and analytical purpose
• Liaise with the stores to establish a balanced range of merchandise suited to the customer profile of store
• Support Buying Manager on merchandise range selection and planning
• Provide product and fashion trend information to frontline staffs

Requirements:

• University graduate with Fashion or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant merchandising experience in fashion, luxury or retail industry preferred  
• Strong fashion sense and sensitive to market trends
• Proactive with good negotiation and communication skills
• Detail minded, good organizational skills and sensitive with numbers
• Well versed in MS Office
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
