• at least 2 years related experience, furniture background preferred
• proven ability in sourcing and product development
• previous experience of working with overseas factories independently
• an eye for detail with strong commercial acumen
• an analytical mind and proven negotiation skills
• good organisational skills with the ability to multi task
• an eye for detail and proactive follow up
• a team player that communicates effectively
• an interest in sustainability and an understanding of ethical issues related to the position
• a good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin preferable
