Duties:

1. Coordinate the logistics of factory/bulk production in China to central HK and UK warehouses.

2. Liaise with sales department to fulfil all B2B/Wholesale client orders.

3. Liaise with online customers in the fulfilment of all B2C online orders.

4. Coordinate with UK warehouse to maintain a daily inventory report.

5. Reconcile and upload daily inventory report to the online sales system.

6. Manage all at-once B2B and B2C orders.

7. Coordinate Promo and Sample orders with warehouses.

8. Provide back-end support to sales department.

9. Assist in Ad hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

1. University graduate

2. Solid working experience in warehouse and logistic department (garment field is an advantage)

3. Strong communication skills and can work independently.

4. Proficient in PC skills such as Excel, MS Word and email.

5. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
