About the Company

With around 30 years history in Greater China Region, our client is an award-winning architectural practice with well-established teams. They provide full EPC project, design and construction solutions to various reputable developers and clients to support mid-large scale commercial, residential and mix-used development in the region and overseas. With ambitious goal to consolidate and solid client base within the industry, they are looking for a General Manager to build and lead their Hong Kong business operations.

About the Role

As the General Manager, you are in a strategic leadership position in driving & implementing strategic planning for long term sustainable business growth. You will be leading and initiating innovative business model to further expand the market shares and improve current business operation in the aim of cost effectiveness and revenue growth. You will also be building and leading a team of professional architects and designers to innovate world-class design concepts as well. You will be accountable for the human resources development, training of the key personnel and general administrative function of the company.

About the Requirement

• Degree holder in architectural or equivalent
• Over 15 years of experiences in reputable and sizable architectural practices, with focus in design strategies and innovations.
• Prior experiences in P&L, resources planning & management would be advantageous
• Solid design project references in mid-large scale projects in Hong Kong, China or Overseas
• Track record in team leading and development experiences
• Strategic leadership skills and with good business acument
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
