Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Translate industry / company research reports from English to Japanese and vice versa for business and management use
• Maintain internal and external database; conduct data mining from internet and other external database as per requests
• Handle credit monitoring system and answer enquiries from other departments and overseas branch as required
• Support departmental administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Translation or related disciplines
• Around 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably with formal translation or interpretation training in Japanese and English
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and PC knowledge
