Responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate and draft legal documents, reviewing commercial and legal risks
• Manage litigation matters and cooperate with internal business teams
• Responsible for implementation of group policies on compliance matters, perform ongoing progress to ensure legal compliance with best practice risk management
• Provide sound legal advice and manage relationship with external counsels
• Ad hoc matters when require

Requirements:

• PQE 5 years gained from reputable law firm
• Solid legal skills in property and share sales, leasing, property management and other area.
• Good drafting skill is essential
• Strong and thorough legal analyses and research skills
• Self-driven and demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
