Responsibilities:

• Provide a full - spectrum of legal advise and support to the business of private equity and asset management
• Advising on the integration of merger and acquisition targets, providing support in the company's strategic & key projects in different areas spanning real estate, REITs, private equity as well as corporate finance
  
• Working closely with the deal teams & relevant stakeholders on various projects and deals
• Drafting, vetting and negotiating agreements including fund documentation and other corporate contracts (such as shareholders agreement, fund formation documentations etc.) policies and procedures
• Ensure the company is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Providing general corporate and commercial advise in relations to the day-to-day operation of the company
• Liaise with external counsels and regulatory parties; and
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions with not less than 8 years' experience in law firms or as an in-house legal counsel
  
• Solid experience in corporate, property and fund operations is preferable
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Strong sense of responsibility, Independent, initiative & problem-solving skills and
  
• Professional presentation and report writing skill
• With exposure in both HK & PRC markets an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
