Our client is an Asset Management company with operations in HK & PRC. Due to business expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the team in H.K.

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, budget preparation, lease term negotiations, marketing analysis compilation and ad hoc duties
• Strategically plan the tenant mix and approach prospective tenants
• Monitor and analyze the business performance of tenants
• Lead shopping mall promotion campaigns and events with the tenants when required
• Coordinate with Finance team to manage the budget/costs of malls

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience with proven record in leasing management/ marketing
• Able to maintain good relationship with tenants and resolve issues in tactful way
• Strong business sense and possess good knowledge of market trends & competition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of Chinese and English
