Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for the project management, implementation, supervision and design, operation and maintenance of premises improvement projects and/or builder’s works and facilities maintenance projects.

Requirements:

•          Degree holder in Building Surveying / Building Studies / Construction and / or related disciplines
•          At least 6 years’ solid experience in handling improvement or maintenance projects, of which 2 years at supervisory level
•          Experience in Property Management Companies / shopping mall environment in relation to the premises improvement projects and / or building maintenance projects would be an advantage
•          Proficiency in AutoCAD & Photoshop (& MS Project preferably)
•          Applicants with less experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
