Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and product analysis
Research innovative idea and execute in product
Develop marketable product to drive market needs and create demand
Execution of sales strategies for property projects

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Architectural or other relevant disciplines
At least 4 years’ relevant experience
Professional qualification in HKIS/RICS/HKIA or relevant professional membership is an advantage
Strong market sense and preference
Willing to work on roster basis, weekends and public holidays
