Job Purpose:

“To be responsible for planning and execution of all Lane Crawford store design projects to ensure the design is innovative, world class and reflects the core DNA of the brand experience.”

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Establish comprehensive preventive maintenance plan and ensure effective execution
• Review maintenance standards and logs, well-monitor contractors’ working performance and progress to ensure Company’s standard is achieved 
• Internal coordination of crossed-department works; as well as external coordination with vendors, suppliers, contractors for facility service acquisitions
• Prepare Tender of Building service contract.
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
• Handle office and stores facilities management
• Support Store Design & Project Management team on fitting out, new installation, upgrade and repair & maintenance issues
• Conduct site inspection and handle quality control
• Monitor and control project schedule and ensure progress is completed on time, within budget and up to the quality standard

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Service or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in Building Service or Facilities Management, preference in retail
• With the experience of fitting out document preparation for Tender Invitation and Landlord Submission
• Computer knowledge in AutoCad
• Proficiency in handling full set of construction drawing and relevant technical drawings
