Leasing Officer

• To responsible for leasing and tenancy matters includes tenancy administration, renewal negotiations, budgeting, lease term negotiations, market analysis compilation for our group of restaurants in Hong Kong
• To participate in our restaurant expansion process and negotiate with developers and landlords for the terms and conditions
• To compile various correspondence, reports and presentation materials
• To handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
• 5+ years of working experience in commercial and/or property leasing preferably with experience gained from sizable retailing and/or Food & Beverage companies
• Good knowledge in leasing and tenancy management with experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain and/or Food & Beverage companies are highly preferable
• With a strong market sense and proactive attitude to enhance portfolio value
• Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
