To assist the Head of Area Curation to transform the district surrounding Lee Gardens into a vibrant mix of attraction composed of revitalized traditional trades, independent & global brands, unique lifestyle & cultural elements, contemporary service apt and appealing F&B choices for visitors and locals. Also to assist the Head of Area Curation to supervise the operations and P&L for special project and low rise areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Area Curation in transformation of the low rise into an international class of attraction composed of revitalized traditional trades, unique international lifestyle elements, art & cultural interest, contemporary service and appealing F&B choices for visitors and locals.
• To incubate unique trade and tenants through marketing & operation supports.
• Liaise with property agents and handle leasing matters involving new lettings, renewals and lease management for contemporary service apartment and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research, evaluation and preparation of reports.
• Support the Head of Area Curationto prepare annual budget.
• Co-ordinate with property management team and other internal departments to ensure the provision of quality tenants management services.
• Co-ordinate with Accounts Department to conduct necessary credit control.
• Other tasks assigned by the Head of Area Curation or above.

Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with exposure for retail properties.  
• Strong in leasing, negotiation, analytical, communication and collaborative skills, able to work well with people.
• Good in business development, able to build partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-drive and have a flair for trends.
• Computer literate, with fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
