Responsibilities: 

• Oversees the company’s business matters, including but not limited to property sales, leasing, marketing, potential project evaluation and acquisition / sales
• Analyze current asset performance and recommend strategies for enhancement, including liaison with China office for leasing matters
• Source and identify suitable real estate investment opportunities, able to work independently on researches and feasibility studies for potential projects
• Plan, implement and monitor the process of acquisition and sales
• Manage and coordinate with business partners such as property agencies, solicitors, and advertising agencies for sales and leasing matters
• Support ad hoc projects if required

Requirements

• 8 years or more of hands-on experience in Property aspects
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure and independently in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines
• Holder of Estate Agent's Licence preferred
• Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
• A good team player with excellent communication skill
• Exposure of China leasing market is an advantage
• Proficient computer skills - confident in using MS Outlook, MS Office and Google services
• Occasional travel is required
• **Less experience will be considered as Assistant Director
