Job Description

On behalf of listed property management company, we are looking for high calibre personnel to fill the new position of Chief Property Manager or Senior Property Manager.

Accountabilities

Manage and oversee the property management of a residential estate including club operations, security and technical procedures
Supervise the daily operations to ensure an effective and quality management services
Develop and improve the property management system
Build and maintain strong relationship with resident and external / internal stakeholders
Monitor renovation works / improvement projects and budget

Attributes

Degree holder with professional qualification in Property Management
Minimum 20 years of solid experience in managing luxury residential properties
Strong business acumen, leadership and analytical skills
Superb client relationship management skills with can-do attitude
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Hands-on experience in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Property Manager.
