• F.5 or above
• 1-2 years' working experience in customer service field
• Assisting the Inspector to handle general enquiry from customer, pier operations and ad hoc issues at piers
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Proactive, customer-oriented & serving attitude in good manner
• 4 hours per day and 3-5 days per week from 0800-1200 hours or 1600-2000 hours
