Responsibilities:

• Oversee for all aspects of daily store operation
• Lead and manage the team to maximize the sales and exposure of the brand
• Work closed with Operation Manager in new product launching and promotion event.
• Provide and maintain excellent customer service and experience consistent with brand image
• Coach and monitor the team to ensure compliance with company’s service standard
• Hygiene Management as required by company standard and government legalization
• Ad hoc project as required by the management

Requirements:

• 5 years of above relevant experience in Food Retail Store / Cafe Management, including at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Good knowledge and experience in Pastry and Bakery industry
• Solid Experience in new café / food retail store opening project is an advantage
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Qualification of Hygiene Supervisor / Hygiene Manager is MUST
