Responsibilities

• Interview personal loan applicants;
• Check & verify customers' loan applications & documents;
• Provision of quality customer services;
• Preparing daily accounting records and maintenance of loans’ files; and
• Conduct telemarking calls and assist in branch’s business development.
  
  

Requirements

• Form 5 education;
• 1 year’s relevant experience in personal loan or customer service industry preferred;
• Experience in telemarketing a definite advantage;
• Positive altitude and eager to pursue a career in money lending industry; and
• Marketing character oriented.
