Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage the overall order processing (i.e. maintain sales orders, follow up shipment and delivery)
- Issue invoice, prepare and process quotation, contract, sales order and related documents
- Handle and attend to customers’ orders and enquires
- Delivery goods/services delivery to customers
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- With 1 year working experience
- Working experience in customer service / sales process is advantage
- Pleasant, polite and good telephone manner and communication skills
- Good command in written English & Chinese
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with MS office applications
- Immediately available is an advantage
