Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and renew service contracts for existing clients
• Answer & follow up clients' enquiries with proactive efforts
• Support the Consultant Team or other departments to seek possible solutions for customers
• Act as reception backup when required
• Other ad-hoc assignments by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Well organized, responsible, disciplined and willing to learn;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered
