Job Responsibilities:

• To assist sales team to arrange orders processing procedures
• Handle general customer enquiries
• Liaising with customer and logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents
• Provide sales administration support to the sales team
• Perform support in ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines;
• At least 2 years or above working experience, preferably in trading company
• Good command of written in English and Chinese
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, independent, well organized, proactive, result oriented.
• Immediate available is preferred
