Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and retention teams to achieve sales target 
  • Maintain and build relationship with customers/ clients
  • Ensure day-to-day operation are complied with compliance
  • Monitor calls to ensure both quality and procedure complied with company polices
  • Conduct training and coaching to the teams and individuals

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences in supervising sales team
  • IIQE paper 1 & 2 holder is preferred
  • Sales-oriented with strong leadership and people management
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
