Responsibilities: 

• Explore new business opportunities and follow up with potential customers on sampling, product specifications, pricing, etc
• Communicate with existing customers for order status, amendments, and handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with internal parties for material masters, artwork approval, production and shipment scheduling, to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain customer records and compile regular reports
• Take up ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related discipline
• 3-4 years’ relevant experience in FMCG/manufacturing industries, with exposure in export trading
• Customer-oriented, well-organized and ability to work under pressure
• Team-player, proactive, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
