Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the job role priority is to source developers for new projects including but not limited to the following job responsibilities.

• Help to manage a panel of property developers and agency partners.
• Continuously seek new collaboration opportunities with property developers.
• Identifying new residential and commercial project opportunities, in both current and new territories.
• Attending networking events
• Working with the Marketing function to create and execute promotional activities, product launches, marketing campaigns and other activities focused on driving business development.
• Strong liaison with developers, agencies and assisting with agency agreements
• Carry out due diligence on projects;
• Channel selling of projects

 Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• High Diploma / Degree Educated
• Strong sense in property market
• Responsible and willing to work over-time
• Overseas travel is a must

Desirable:

• Background in Overseas Property but not a must

Remuneration package includes salary plus high commissions and  bonus, 14 days annual leave, birthday leave, medical benefits and 5 days working week.
